Marcelo, many congratulations on Vibra Solutions’ one-year anniversary! What have you achieved and what progress have you made during this time?

Thank you! The last year has flown by but we’ve achieved so much. We’re now preparing to scale with a queue of operators ready to go live with our platform technology and services in Q1 2024 and ICE London is the ideal platform to talk about our progress.

The story behind the Solutions launch in 2023 followed the enormous demand we saw, and continue to see, from operators that are less than happy with their platform technology; who are looking to switch systems to flexible and customisable software; a tech stack that can adapt to their needs be it online, retail or both.

These companies need a technology partner who can give them the resources and attention they expect, who speaks their language, who’s in the same time zone, and who will put in all the work to deliver the best possible product… and that’s us in a nutshell!


Tell us more about the types of customers you work with?

We work in close partnership with both online and land-based operators who are in need of true dedication and flexibility. The deliverables can range from a turnkey website with a quick turnaround, to a flexible custom-built solution, but the goal is always the same: to provide each client with exactly what they need.

We’re live with several operators such as Betsul,  Viradabet, and 24horas.bet to name just a few satisfied customers, delivering and integrating game-changing, casino and sports betting software. They want to be able to customise their product and get the attention and immediate results. We can, and have, already delivered that for brands.

What have the brands that have joined you experienced in the last 12 months?

We have enabled them to select from a comprehensive range of advanced modular software and platform technologies.

A modular approach is increasingly becoming a core element of our industry and our proven technology and commercial approach works. We’re certified by GLI and live across LatAm including Brazil that is on the verge of exploding following recent online betting and casino regulation.

Our sportsbook provides our customers with zero latency data and odds feeds from the likes of SportRadar, Betgenuis and Sporting Solutions, has more than 40 of the world’s most popular sports and covers more than 400,000 events a year.

Our casino and games integration contains more than 2,800 games and rising from 20+ of the world’s most popular providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution, Mobilots, Amigo Gaming, Playtech, Triple Cherry and many more; and our multi currency payment gateway is integrated with more than 30 providers.

The key is that we use our expertise to deliver a bespoke platform product for each and every one of our customers, customised to localised markets and players.


One year on, are you still hearing the same issues facing operators?

Unfortunately, yes. There are many operators looking to switch systems from an off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all product to a platform technology that offers them full flexibility and that is designed to align with their business goals.


LatAm brands are in need of a better service, quality and customer care from their existing partners. We’ve met clients who’ve been happily shocked at everything that can be done when someone with our expertise listens to them and can cater to their needs. One company had been trying to migrate to another platform for five years!


Many newly regulating or newly regulated territories suffer from the same thing: Following an initial gold rush to secure a platform partner many experience frustration when these suppliers struggle to meet their localised needs. Vibra Solutions is the partner that meets those needs, and the consequence of what the industry has been asking for.


What can Solutions do that other suppliers can’t?

We believe operators shouldn’t be limited by what suppliers are not willing to support. We work with our partners to immediately establish their requirements and expectations and, at that early stage, map out the journey they are heading on and where they want to get to.

Solutions services its clients with flexibility and we always strive to go the extra mile. They need to have a way to move forward and a development partner that supports their specific growth requirements.


Has the Solutions offering changed in any way since you launched?

In the last few months we’ve consolidated our Solutions products to focus on three key areas to adapt to a wider range of client needs. This includes a sportsbook and casino platform with multiple levels of customisation and flexibility. The second area of focus is our content aggregation platform with a comprehensive catalogue of games, including slots, crash games, table games, live casino, lottery, among many others. We can customise this to any need and add any content to our RGS. Third and finally, we have a state-of-the-art, flexible EGM platform that allows operators to distribute these products through retail terminals with three different variations depending on their needs; cloud-based, local server, or standalone system.


Other companies may have similar products, but very few, if any, can offer these levels of flexibility and customisation. We understand the LatAm region better than anyone else and are the ‘go-to’ on-site experts who can cater to any need because we understand and can solve every pain point local operators have.


Tell us more about the retail element to Solutions?

Our EGM platform allows operators to distribute any product via retail terminals with three different variations depending on their size and scale and requirements: cloud-based, local server or standalone system.


Our cloud solution enables a large brand with multiple sites to manage all terminals from the cloud giving them complete, real-time control; our server based solution allows an operator to use a local server in a fixed location to manage multiple terminals; while our standalone solution is ideal for developing markets where the infrastructure is not as established as other markets and the terminals operate under a self-contained application.


What ambitions do you have for this technology in year two and beyond?

Year one has exceeded our expectations and been an extremely positive experience on both sides.

We’ve learned a lot about ourselves and what our customers expect and deserve, and ahead of the curve in the number of clients we’ve gone live with. We have made great strides in our home markets in LatAm, while we expect more growth there with regulation working in our favour and some excellent case studies to showcase precisely what Vibra Solutions can offer.


We have several sizable launches coming up in the first quarter of this year, an extensive games development roadmap, including more innovative lottery games that have proved hugely popular in Brazil as they align with existing regulation, and we have brought in more talent to bolster the teams both at Vibra Solutions and Vibra Gaming.


We firmly believe our approach is the shape of things to come. The needs of the market need to be listened to. We have strong momentum and are obtaining great results across a number of markets, highlighting just why Vibra Solutions’ flexible, open and supportive approach and technology is the future.
