Managing personal data

Vibra Gaming safeguards personal information in compliance with applicable Data Protection Legislation. We understand the value of the correct and lawful processing of personal data in maintaining confidence in our operations. We fully adhere to the principles set out in current legislation.

 

What is considered as “Personal Data”?

We define ‘Personal Data’ as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It includes obvious identifiers like name, but also identification numbers, online identifiers and/or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person. ‘Special category data’ includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs and genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. Every time you visit our website, move from page to page, read pages, or download content onto your computer, we learn which pages are visited and what content is downloaded. However, this is measured only in aggregate and not on an individual basis. When you send an e-mail or request us to respond to you by e-mail, we have your e-mail address and the information that you included in the email form shown on our website. Every time you apply to a position or send us your resume, we learn everything you have chosen to include in it. We may collect additional information from or about you when you communicate with us, contact our customer support teams or respond to a survey.

Privacy Policy:

We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing, unless we are instructed to do so by court order or you provide permission for us to do so.

We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. 

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

Ensuring your personal information is safe and accurate

Vibra ensures that information held on our computer systems is secure, to guard against unauthorized or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction of, or damage to personal data.

Vibra only collects and records personal information that is necessary to carry out its functions, and nothing else. To the extent that it is reasonable and appropriate to do so, Vibra will check that the personal information being collected and recorded is accurate.

 

Personal Information Security

We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. 

The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. We are not responsible for protecting any Personal Data that we share with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized. 

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. 

 

Know your rights:

As detailed within the applicable Data Protection Legislation, each Data Subject is afforded a number of rights.

In accordance with these rights Vibra will, upon request:

– Provide you with all the data Vibra holds about you, in a machine-readable format;
– Provide you with access to any or all the data that Vibra holds about you, and with details about why we have the data;
– Rectify any information about you that is deemed incorrect;
– Unless we are required to continue doing so by legislation, stop, or where applicable, restrict the processing of data about you;
– Remove all records about you from our systems, providing that there is not a legal reason to retain it. If there is a legal reason we will inform you of it and provide you with details about how much longer we are required to retain your data for.

If you wish to invoke any of the rights afforded to you, then you must request this in writing, providing your contact details. Once you have submitted a request, we may contact you to verify your identity. You should send your request to:

Child protection

The Site is intended for users who are of legal age within the country they access the Site from. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any individual under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from any subject under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records without any delay.

 

Use of Cookies

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. Those changes will become effective on the revision date, shown in the revised Privacy Policy.
