Vibra’s CEO has more than 20 years of experience in the software development industry, 11 of which have been spent on Online Gambling. The entrepreneurial nature of all projects which he leads makes hard deadlines and return of investment a core element in the day-to-day work. During his career, he has gained a deep knowledge of the Online Gambling industry, along with the experience of leading several different multi-national teams, solving difficult circumstances and negotiations. Something that Ramiro considers invaluable is the strong and long-lasting relationship built with clients, partners and employees. Such relationships include clients and partners of the level of Pokerstars, Betsson, Vera & John and Betfair–Paddy Power, among others. Within his Business Development hat, he has successfully developed Leander’s market in Europe, LatAm, North America and Asia. Under the operational hat, he built many highly-performing teams from scratch, enabling the necessary processes to meet the highest industry standards from operators, regulators and partners. He has been recognized by the main online regulatory bodies, i.e., Malta, UKGC and AGCC, apart from regularly participating as a speaker at Online Gambling Industry Panels across the globe. He has been honored by the “Gambling Intelligence” magazine with a Hot 50 award in 2016.

Vibra’s CTO has a vast experience in software development projects and team management. He has worked in several roles and is really skilled at listening to and understanding client needs, handling requirements, managing product development, and mainly leading and mentoring groups of professionals. His academic experience allows him to manage this broad approach, since he has a degree in IT, as well as an MBA. These are the pillars on which he has been building his successful career for the past 20+ years, working in the corporate, banking, financial, and gambling industry, in the latter for more than 10 years now. In relation to the gambling industry, he has proven to be extremely knowledgeable about compliance requirements after working and successfully certifying an RGS platform along with gaming content with Alderney, UKGC (UK), AAMS (Italy), DGOJ (Spain), GLI-19, and many other jurisdictions and standards. The approach taken by him at any task is a signature and can be defined as enthusiastic and passionate. He is a solution-seeker by nature and he really loves and enjoys what he does.
